I founded Thrive LegalSpace, the number 1 legal career platform in Nigeria, now expanding across Africa.

Opportunities on the platform have been viewed over 1 million times and shared over 4,000 times. There are over 5,000 users, and about 3,000 to 5,000 people visit each month.

I co-founded BRiEFED as a platform for legal professionals to work together and take on briefs, including criminal justice protection, without relying only on WhatsApp groups and informal networks. I led the build and kept it usable on ordinary phones.

More than 300 lawyers registered to take work on the platform.

I drafted criminal justice and constitutional reform proposals for the National Assembly, contributed to the Federal Ministry of Justice Strategic Plan 2023–2026, and wrote standard operating procedures for Administration of Criminal Justice Monitoring Committees in nine states.

I helped run training for judges, police officers, and lawyers on the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, and built cataloguing software for the research library.

I took complaints, registered cases, and assigned them to volunteer lawyers, then followed up. I trained and recruited volunteers, taught a tech-law class, and ran skills competitions for young lawyers and law graduates. We also worked with Lupl.

More than 250 pro bono cases were assigned. I trained over 40 lawyers, recruited 40 more, taught 200 young lawyers, and ran competitions for 40 law graduates.

I reviewed the bye-law of the Nigerian Bar Association Human Rights Institute and worked as executive assistant on the NBA–MacArthur criminal justice project, supporting criminal-law amendments in six states.

I developed an improved net-worth declaration policy, user manual, and SOP for senior Central Bank of Nigeria staff, and software for e-declaration of assets. I led the team that drafted a code of conduct and ethics for officers of the Nigeria Immigration Service, with a framework for putting it into use.
